Day 1. Perth – Cervantes - Geraldton, Driving Time = 6 hours
Take off for the city of Geraldton via the fishing village of Cervantes, the gateway to the Pinnacles:
Day 2. Geraldton – Monkey Mia, Driving Time = 5 hours 30 minutes
Heading out of Geraldton it would be best to head straight to Monkey Mia to see the following attractions:

Swim (if you’re lucky, the dolphins may swim close to you)

Go on a catamaran ride and see the Dugongs, dolphins and sea snakes in their natural habitat. They can also provide personalized nature based four wheel drive eco-adventure outback tours.

Go on Camel Ride

Join an Aboriginal Cultural Walk and discover how the local Malgana people have survived in Gathaagudu for thousands of years and learn how they survived in the bush, living off bush tucker and bush medicine.
Day 3. Monkey Mia – Coral Bay, Driving Time = 7 Hours 15 minutes
Make sure you get up early so you don’t miss out on the dolphin feedings. The dolphins swim up to shore to interact with humans and sometimes visit the shore up to three times a day. Then continue your drive up to Coral Bay to relax for the rest of the evening.
Day 4. Coral Bay
A full day to explore Coral Bay and the Ningaloo Reef:

Hire some snorkelling gear and explore the amazing Ningaloo Reef, with the coral gardens only a few meters off the beach

Snapper feeding at 3.30pm each day sees schools of Snapper being fed right at your feet!
Day 5. Coral Bay
Another full day in Coral Bay, just relax or maybe take one of the many exciting tours available:

Whale Shark tours are one of the most popular tours in WA with advance bookings a must. Whale Shark season runs from late March until June.

Take a Manta Ray tour year round to view these amazing creatures

A quad bike trek is an excellent way to access more incredible snorkelling spots

There are many scuba diving tours that you can take on the Ningaloo Reef
Day 6. Coral Bay – Kalbarri, Driving Time = 8 hours
Take it easy as you make your way back down the coast towards Kalbarri.
Day 7. Kalbarri
Start the day’s activities early in the morning to get the most out of your day:

The Murchison River gorges in Kalbarri National Park featuring the Z-Bend and the Loop (Nature’s Window). The Loop provides some great photo opportunities, with Nature’s Window providing the perfect picture frame for the river bed below. The Z-Bend has some fantastic hikes, for those who are feeling fit there is great marked track witch allows you to gradually descend the 150 meters to the bottom the gorge. The Z-Bend also has a good lookout for those not feeling as adventurous.

Take a sunset cruise up the Murchison river or past the magnificent coastal cliffs
Day 4. Kalbarri – Perth, Drive Time = 7 hours 30 minutes
Say goodbye to the Coral Coast as you make the long drive back to Perth. Make sure you take many breaks, with Dongara being great place to stop for lunch.
